立姿基本六式

背景資訊-立姿基本六式
簡易基本六式(立姿系列),奠定了八支串聯瑜伽練習的根基。
八支串聯瑜伽系統的基本六式(常被稱為立姿系列),係由下列六個簡易站立姿勢所組成:
Padangusthasana(抓腳趾前彎式)
Padahastasana(腳踏手掌前彎式)
Utthita Trikonasana(三角式)和Paravritta Trikonasana(反三角式)
Utthita Parsvakonasana(側弓三角式)和 Paravritta Parsvakonasana(反側弓三角式)
Prasarita Padattanasana A、B、C、D(展腿式I、II、III、IV)
Parsvottanasana(展胸式)
事實上,會讓人有點困惑,因為第一級套路開頭也包括有若干其他的站立姿勢。
儘管如此,這立姿基本六式就排在每一套路的一開頭。不管您已多高深,做完五遍的拜日式A與B之後,緊接著就要練此基本六式。
就是這樣,掌握自拜日式A與B所建立下來之暢流節奏,一個體位接一個體位的練。
有了堅穩的下盤,你才有充分的準備得以進入你所練的套路(基本套路、中級套路、或高級套路)

ABOUT ASANA VINYASA
Six simple Fundametal Asanas (standing positions) build the fundament for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice.
The six fundamental Asanas of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga System are often called "standing positions", because they are composed by 6 easy standing Asanas: 1. Padangusthasana
2. Pada Hastasana
3. Utthita Trikonasana and Paravritta Trikonasana
4. Utthita Parsvakonasana and Paravritta Parsvakonasana
5. Prasarita Padottanasana A, B, C and D
6. Parsvottanasana
- In fact, this might be a bit confusing as the primary series also includes some standing Asanas at its beginning. -
Anyway, the six fundamental Asanas are right at the begin of every Ashtanga Yoga practice.
No matter how advanced you are, after 5 rounds of Surya Namaskara A and B you start with the fundamental Asanas.
Here it is, where you carry the rhythm, you have set up in Surya Namaskara A and B, in a flow from Asana to Asana.
With this solid basis you are perfectly prepared to enter which series ever you are up to practice (primary series, intermediate series, advanced series).

For proper use:
正確用法:

· Vinyasas are numbered through from Samasthitih to Samasthitih, but only bold lines are practised.
· 串聯動作的編號是從Samasthitih到Samasthitih,只有粗體字部分練習
· The breathing to the Vinyasa is showed as IN / EX. Every Vinyasa has one breath to lead and additional breaths printed in brackets.
· 串聯動作的呼吸標示:吸/呼 每一串聯動作一次若有增加處標示於括弧內
· Above the Vinyasa count for a position the name of the Asana is given, with the number of Vinyasas from Samasthitih to Samasthitih, the number which represents the Asana, and the Dristi (= point of gaze).
· 體位法的表示由以上串聯動作的計數,體位法的命名,從Samasthitih到Samasthitih的計數及凝視點
