串聯(vinyasa)練法,係統合了流暢與力量、正位與內在覺知、動與靜的流動式瑜伽行法。要優雅而輕鬆地在各個體位法進出流動,保持有活力、並植基於呼吸是必要的!這工作坊在於探討此流派重要的根部閉鎖(Mula Bandha)與正確的勝利呼吸(Ujjayi pranayama)練法。

Vinyasa is a flow practice that integrates fluidity and strength, alignment and inner awareness, movement and stillness. To flow gracefully and effortlessly in and out of poses, it's essential to stay vibrant and grounded in the breath. This workshop is based on a study of the essential activity of Mula Bandha and the strong grounding effect of practicing correct Ujjayi Pranayama

Flying High : Arm balance within vinyasa requires focus, creates graceful strength, and builds confidence. We will explore alignment of upper body in beginner and advanced versions of arm poses and learn to “fly” while staying connected to breath and spirit.

Upside Down world : Because of the way the organs of the heart and lungs are nourished, going upside down is an invaluable way to elevate one's spirit. We'll lay a stable foundation for students so they can build the confidence and self-trust to do inversions safely. We will then learn a sequence that incorporates inversions.

Twisting Your Way : Twists and sidebends bring tremendous energy to the body and reduce asymmetry in the sacrum and lower back. We'll emphasize supine, standing, and seated spinal twists that have a wringing effect on the internal organs and promote abundant circulation of blood through all the spinal nerves.






老師簡介:
譚文生老師自1992年開始研究瑜伽與氣功。1995年,當他還在尼泊爾科班(Kopan)寺練習藏傳佛教禪法時,就開始教導瑜伽。文生早期的成功,激勵他更進入美國賓州雪山瑜伽學院學習,完全浸潤在瑜伽及其生活方式。

他更從澳洲瑜伽藝術中心受anusara 派別的老師訓練結業,學到更多不同派別的瑜伽與氣功大師技巧。所以、他的教法萃取了多年由各不同派別的所學精華,及豐厚的經驗。融合了串聯流動技巧與長時間停留的體式練習。

Brief Profile:

Vincent Tam has been studying yoga and qi gong since 1992. He started teaching yoga in 1995 while he was still studying Tibetan Buddhist meditation at the Kopan Monastery in Nepal. Vincent’s early success inspired him to further his yoga practice at the Himalayan Institute in Pennsylvania, USA immersing him fully in yoga and the yogic way of living.

Vincent, a graduate from the Yoga Arts of Australia and Anusara- Inspired teacher, has studied under some of the world’s most respected yogis and qi gong masters. His teachings are distilled from his vast experience of the different yoga schools and qi gong traditions he has studied over the years. His teachings harmonize the flowing movement-based practice (vinyasa) with postures (asana) that are held for extended periods.
Vincent is currently the Regional Yoga Trainer for Fitness First Asia and has conducted many teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in Asia. For more information, visit

    弯曲“我”,使“我”成为一座桥梁 7月卷首语
    发现瑜伽,习练瑜伽,经营瑜伽。瑜伽与激发的感悟一直伴随我这些年的“成长”,作为人,作为母亲,作为妻子,作为朋友,作为同事,作为老板。
    人在途中,经常感慨,路还是很曲折和复杂的。铭记瑜伽教义中“放下我执”的原则,但,有许多的时刻、很多的事情我们仍会被纠缠在一处,小看是世间的一个“事件”,一个反应,大论却是“我执”的投影。
    最近在读一本书。是Swami所著。他以慈善教育及睿智的演讲闻名印度及海外。文中有一段对“我”的描述,视角独特,平实深刻,非常贴切于我们的时代中人。
    Swami 将“我”描述成三个形态:直立的“我”,平放的“我”,弯曲的“我”。
    直立的“我”强壮,不可动摇,决绝而不屈服。但同时,竖直地站立时,高耸而高傲,容易孤立无援,也成为和他人隔绝的一个障碍,一堵城墙。
    假设将“我”转个方向,将“我”水平横放。让“我”成为一座桥梁,临渊架桥,而不是制造沟壑;让“我”站得渺小,而不是站得高大;让我以他人为中心,而非以自我为中心。那么它就能成为“连接”。
    弯曲的“我”意味着谦卑和奉献。不在意是否引人瞩目,不在意转瞬即逝的光芒。印度有一句名言:一个人是否死亡,可以从他的身体是否可以弯曲来辨别。其中真正涵义为生存于世,需要柔韧灵活。我们需要用弯曲来使自己更谦卑,否则同死尸无异。弯曲“我”,才能真正为人,真正存活于世上。
    Swami笔下呈现了的三种“我“的变体描述。今天,当完全消除“我”成为不可能,我们是否可以尝试做一个更好的“我”变体呢?

Vishwa Yoga Darshan - Vishwa Yoga Darshan is a perfect place for yoga and meditation. It is situated in the mountain range of Sahyadri, the ashram is surrounded by fascinating landscapes and natural beauties. It is an ideal location away from city and stressful modern life.
The new ashram is becoming more popular as it offers stress free Yoga Life style in natural environment.
This place is in the vicinity of Lord Trimbakeshwara, one of the 12 most important and auspicious Shiva Temples in India. Lord Shiva is the origin of Yoga Tradition; this makes the location of the ashram more significant. Millions of devotees visit the Shiva temple annually. Surrounding mountains are considered as the heaven for Yogis, next to Himalayas, to perform Yoga & Mediation practices.
Facilities -Yoga, Meditation facilities, Ayurveda, Herbal treatment, Massage, Nature therapies are made available in the ashram at cost. Medical Facilities including emergency services are also provided.

Lodging-Ashram provides lodging facilities to students. A student is provided with an independent compartment in a house. Every house has 4 compartments, the house is self contained having attached toilet block. Independent wardrobe with a locker is provided to every student. A bed, mattress, blankets, sheets and pillow are also provided.A laundry service is available in the ashram at cost.
No of Students per batch are about 15
Boarding-Dining room provides pure vegetarian food in accordance with the Aryurveda life style; the food is non spicy, rich in raw vegetables. Daily diet consists of various fruits (including seasonal fruits). Herbal drinks are provided instead of tea and coffee.The food is supplied is strictly organic and non-processed. A precaution is taken to maintain nutritional value of the diet.For every individual the Ayurveda diet is recommended considering ones requirements.
Note - A complete silence is maintained in the dining room during the meals and breakfast.
Library -A good collection of books, in the library proves to be a valuable resource to aspiring Yoga Students. It includes various books on Yoga, Meditation, Tantra, Vedas, Upnishdas, other Indian philosophies, Ayurveda, naturopathy etc.
Personal Guidance - Personal guidance for medical problems using Yoga Techniques, Herbals and ayurveda techniques is available for the students.
