One method, Yoga method.
瑜珈的方法只有一個
This is all one type method.
全部中只有一種方法
That is universal, not one man’s property.
那是全球性的,不是一個人的資產
This is universal. Yoga is universal.
這是全球性的.瑜珈是是全球性的
Yoga not physically purpose.
瑜珈不只是為修練身體的目的
Internal cleaning, not external exercising.
是內在淨化,不僅是外在的運動
Yoga means your self-knowledge.
瑜珈的意思是自我的認知
Self-knowledge. That is the method.
自我的認知就是那方法
Asanas you start.
您開始練體位法
The more asanas you do, very good strength & stamina.
更多的體位法修練,可得到很好的強度和能力
Your energy is increasing every day.
您的能量每天增加
Your mind is also correctly standing.
您的心靈也邁向正道
You can take practice. Don’t talk.
您能練習,不要說話
95% practice. 5% theory.
95%練習.5%原理
99 and half per cent theory. Half per cent also no good.
99.5%原理.0.5%練習是不好的
Discipline means you can take yoga practice.
修練的意思是您可做瑜珈練習
First your stamina . You get it first.
您可先得到您的能量
Body means three types of body.
人有三種體
-External Body -Internal Body -Spiritual Body
-外在體 –內在體 –靈體
Spiritual Body- that is three types of body strength.
靈體-是人體強度的第三種
Only for Yoga practice with breathing systems with Vinyasas all included.
只有在瑜珈練習中包含呼吸系統及串聯動作
Breathing is very important.
呼吸系統是很重要的
Without breathing, the Spiritual Body and Mind are not coming.
若無呼吸系統靈體及心靈無法跟隨
That way- it is the method.
那道路即其方法
There is Vinyasa, that is called Vinyasa.
有串聯動作,稱其為” Vinyasa.”
Inhalation. Exhalation.
吸氣.呼氣.
One type of time-ten seconds, ten seconds fifteen seconds, fifteen seconds.
一種是10秒10秒一種是15秒15秒
Inhalation ten seconds. Exhalation ten seconds.
吸氣10秒呼氣10秒
Inhalation fifteen seconds. Exhalation also fifteen seconds.
吸氣15秒呼氣15秒
