Ashtanga Yoga As It IS -Matthew Sweeney 書P.38-41 ,50-51大部分相同
因此部份stephen禁止大家抄筆記,我沒把握可全部ㄧ次無遺漏說明暫不說明
另有一些動作因每個人的柔軟度、胸腔打開的程度等不同,而其凝視點有一些改變

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana ㄧ般頭貼腿先將凝視點DRISTI設定於鼻子
日後柔軟度OK後再轉移至腳掌
在Kukkutasana動作前及Jump Back時為保持平衡stephen建議
可先將凝視點DRISTI設定在腳前方約30CM處
